Gamevice expands support for its controller, discounts price by $20

Over the years, mobile gaming has exploded in popularity. While there are plenty of games that offer excellent touch controls, it never feels like a proper replacement for a physical controller. For the past few years, Gamevice has been offering some excellent solutions when it comes to physical controllers, and it has now announced that it will be discounting its offerings for the iPhone.

If unfamiliar, the gamepad includes dual analog joysticks, a D-Pad, four action buttons, four triggers, and a pause button. The unit also takes a charge from a Lightning cable, making it seamless experience to charge the phone and the device at the same time. Perhaps the most convenient part is that firm also offers a "Gamevice Live" app that will aggregate games that are compatible with the controller.

The Gamevice goes beyond just being an accessory for your iPhone but can also control a wide variety of items like drones and robots. As of now, the game controller will be able to control Sphero’s app-enabled Droids and the DJI Spark.

Starting today, the firm will be discounting the Gamevice GV 157 controller for the iPhone, with the price going from $99.95 down to $79.95. In addition, the controller accessory is also fully compatible with the recently released iPhone X, iPhone 8, and iPhone 8 Plus. As an Apple-approved accessory with support for over 1,000 titles, it is an alluring option for anyone that wants to bring physical controls to some of their favorite games.
