Google will launch the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL in India on October 22, per a report by mysmartprice. Reportedly, Google will host a media event in India for both devices, almost two weeks after tomorrow"s hardware event in New York City. There will also be events in Berlin and London.
There is currently no further information surrounding the Indian launch event. However, Google made its Pixel 2 series available to pre-order in India on October 26 last year having announced the two devices earlier that month on October 4.
The first real-world images of the Pixel 3 appeared online back in August, with rumours alleging that the device will have a 2,160x1,080 5.5-inch display and 2,915mAh battery. By contrast, the Pixel 3 XL will supposedly have a notched 2,960x1,440 6.7-inch display and a 3,430mAh battery with a combination of 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
Moreover, we reported on a Pixel 3 XL unboxing video back in August and a further unboxing of the device a few days ago too. The device is available to purchase in Hong Kong before its official announcement for HK $15,880, which converts to around $2,027 at the time of writing. There were are also reports last month that the sighting of the Pixel 3 XL could be a hoax too, but subsequent sightings of the device suggest otherwise.
