Two 128MB GeForce 6600 GT"s in one PC, bridged together in SLI mode. That"s what Guru of 3D is reviewing today. The cards are being made by that lovely company called Prolink, and the product series is of course PixelView. Is the SLI setup a worthy opponent to the GeForce 6800 GT ? You can find out in the 19 pages counting article.
When we look at Prolink"s website the SLI package is not mentioned yet. The products are however 98% similar to the PV-N43E(128LD). There was one distinct difference though. When we verified the memory frequency we noticed that it is clocked higher then previously named model. It is running at default at 1120 MHz. Hey the more memory bandwidth the better!
