Halo Wars 2 teases new poster art that will be offered as giveaways

It has been a long wait, but Halo Wars 2 is almost finally here. While the official release date is still a few weeks away, Microsoft and 343 Industries have pulled out all of the stops in order to promote the title. This week, poster art for the title has been unveiled, created by three famous artists, Gabz, Craig Drake and Kevin Tong, each offering a unique look.

While these posters will not be available for sale, it appears that they may be part of a traveling showcase or might be offered as giveaways via Twitter as hinted in the quote below.

"Keep an eye on the Xbox and Halo Twitter channels over the next few weeks leading up to the launch of Halo Wars 2 on Feb. 21 to see if the Halo Wars 2 original art is popping up in your city and to learn how to snag a limited-edition print or full set of all six posters in the series!"

While three weeks might seem like a long time, 343 Industries has a a lot of things planned leading up to the launch. A week prior to the release, on February 16, 343 Industries will hold a livestream event with exclusive interviews and prize giveaways to celebrate the launch.

If at this point you are unfamiliar with the title, you might want to catch up by watching the Halo Wars 2 video documentary and also watching the latest trailer. Those that currently do not own a Xbox One and are thinking about purchasing a unit might want to consider the Halo Wars 2 bundle. Halo Wars 2 will arrive on February 21.
