Samsung unveiled yesterday at their press conference an update to their popular touchscreen remote. The new model, the RMC30D was shown off and has the ability to browse a channel before you change it, even swap video between the TV and your remote, and do a host of other things but like any remote, how does it feel in the hand? Neowin got some hands on time with the device and are pleased to report that it feels just as good as it looks.
It"s hard to ignore that the device does resemble the iPhone 4 especially with its three inch display. Overall the device is solid, has a responsive touchscreen and can control nearly everything you could ever desire. While the price was not mentioned, it will be competing in a tough market that is lead by the Harmony series of remotes. But if you have always said a touch screen remote is better than one with buttons, this is the remote for you.
