HTC today announced the Inspire 4G that is headed to AT&T later this year. Neowin got its paws on the device but unfortunately was not able to turn the device on. The specs of the device are a 4.3 inch WVGA display, 8 megapixel camera out back, and will be running Android on AT&T when it launches.
Overall, the device feels solid in the hand, but not being able to turn it on was a rather large disappointment. The specs say that the device should launch with Android 2.2 but we suspect that it may actually ship with a later version of Android and that may be why we were not allowed to turn the device on. The device will launch later this year and is expected to be a top tier device for AT&T.
