Hands-on video and first impressions of the Galaxy Book, Samsung's new Windows 10 tablet

Just ahead of this week"s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Book, a new Windows 10 device that comes in two sizes. However, despite its name - and the obvious comparisons that that nomenclature invites with Microsoft"s Surface Book - the Galaxy Book isn"t a laptop, but a Windows 10 tablet with a detachable keyboard/cover.

The 10.6-inch model comes with Windows 10 Home, a 7th-generation (Kaby Lake) Intel Core m3 processor, while the larger model has Windows 10 Pro and a 12-inch Super AMOLED screen, as well as a more powerful Intel Core i5 chip. Each version will be offered with multiple storage options, and the 12-inch model will also be available with up to 8GB of RAM. Significantly, both versions support 4G LTE and Samsung"s S Pen stylus.
