At the Xbox E3 Briefing yesterday, Microsoft"s Phil Spencer announced the Xbox Game Pass for PC. Just like its cousin on the Xbox One, the subscription program brings over 100 titles - at launch - to gamers on Windows 10. This, for the first time, also include Win32 titles.
Here"s the complete list of everything that"s in the Xbox Game Pass for PC at its launch:

Microsoft appears to be having some trouble with its official Game Pass for PC catalog at the moment, with games disappearing at random. It"s available here, if you wish to have a look.
At the moment, both the Xbox Game Pass for PC and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (which includes the former) are discounted to 1$. After the $1 celebratory discount ends, Game Pass for PC will cost $4.99/mo "for a limited time," and finally jump to $9.99/mo at some point. Also, if you already subscribe to Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass for Xbox One, subscribing to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will upgrade that existing subscription.
If you are running the Windows 10 May 2019 Update, the best way to browse and download these games would be via the new Xbox app. Win32 games via the Store also require you to be on that Windows 10 version. If you haven"t yet updated, it"s possible to download UWP games via the Microsoft Store.
