A sequel for IO Interactive"s Hitman reboot was confirmed earlier this month, but the developer had even more to share during the E3 PC Gaming Show. The brand new trailer that was showcased during the presentation, seen above, has Agent 47 stalking his target in Miami during a motorsport race.
As expected, players will be able to go through with their assassinations using various creative methods, from straightforward approaches like gunning down the target, to more extravagant means like rigging the post-race stage celebrations to explode along with the mark.
We also get a peek at the massive number of disguises players will be able to don, as well as the number of impromptu weapons that can be picked up and used in creative ways - even including a massive fish and a prosthetic arm. Furthermore, this is only one of the multiple sandbox maps that the game will ship with later this year, which dropped the episodic format of the previous entry.
Hitman 2 will be available November 13, 2018 for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Those who pre-order the game can start playing the new Sniper Assassin two-player co-op mode immediately.
