It was less than a couple of weeks ago that it seemed that Lenovo had let the cat out of the bag with respect to forthcoming GPUs in the Nvidia stable. While the RTX 3060 Ti was announced at the beginning of December 2020, it is anticipated that the green team will soon announce RTX 3060, RTX 3050 Ti, and RTX 3050 GPUs at a special event called "GeForce RTX: Game On".
Of course, this will be a streamed event in line with the Consumer Technology Association"s declaration that CES 2021 would make the move to an "all-digital experience". The event will commence on Tuesday, January 12th at:
- 0900 hours Pacific Time
- 1200 hours Eastern Time
- 1700 hours Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- 1800 hours Central European Time (CET)
- 0400 hours Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Wednesday, January 13th

It remains to be seen as to what exactly Nvidia will end up unveiling during the course of the stream, but there may be some hints to be gleaned from the nine-second teaser in the company"s most recent tweet:

At the four-second mark, several images flash up in rapid succession, of which there are two notable depictions:
The first appears to be a silhouette of an open laptop which is later followed by an image of what looks like a CPU interfacing with video memory. While these depictions could possibly foreshadow announcements of RTX 30-series mobile GPUs and an answer to AMD"s "Smart Address Memory" capability in its latest GPUs, we will have to sit tight until Nvidia takes to the stage.
