Barely 24 hours after HTC unveiled two new Android handsets, a confidential video has emerged which shows the HTC Sense UI running on Windows Phone 7.
HTC employees swerved Windows Phone 7 related questions at a media event held in London yesterday. The company said it was confident that when HTC Windows Phone 7 devices were released that consumers would know it was a HTC device. Company officials declined to comment on how Sense would work on the upcoming devices. Today is a new day though and a video has leaked that appears to show the Sense UI running in Windows Phone 7.
The video, spotted by the folks at Mobility Digest, shows several app tiles on a Windows Phone 7 home screen. The first is a 3D notes app that allows users to stick notes to the home screen. Some truly impressive 3D effects are shown to demonstrate the notes. The video also demonstrates a weather and stocks application, both with 3D animations. It"s unclear whether the video is 100% genuine but the slick animations and HTC feel would suggest this is the real deal.
A second video also emerged today showing a HTC Hub interface on a previously unknown HTC Windows Phone 7 device. The team at PocketPT posted the video, naming it the "HTC Hub" interface. It looks identical to the Sense UI.
