It was about a week ago when HTC teased that something new was coming, and today, the firm announced its newest handset, the U12 life.
The U12 life won"t be knocking off anyone"s boots, as it is a mid-range device, offering a 6-inch 1080p display, Qualcomm"s Snapdragon 636 processor, and 4GB RAM. The phone will have 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded via microSD. Like many other handsets, the phone will have a dual camera on the rear, made up of 16MP and 5MP sensors that will offer phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and a dual LED flash. The front-facing camera will utilize a 13MP sensor and will also be accompanied by a LED flash.
The phone will charge its large 3,600mAh battery through its USB Type-C port, include a 3.5mm headphone jack, and feature a unique "Dual Tone Liquid Surface" design that will come in two colors: Moonlight Blue and Twilight Purple. The phone will be made available for purchase sometime in September for £299 or around $389 USD.
