Huawei announced the Honor 7X for the Chinese market back in October, but today, the company revealed U.S. pricing and availability for the handset. You"ll be able to grab the unlocked phone for just $199.
Specs on the Honor 7X are seriously impressive given the price tag. It comes with a 5.93-inch 2160x1080 Honor FullView display, something that you"ll usually only see in flagship handsets. Indeed, an edge-to-edge display is a hot feature these days, so it"s not a surprise that Huawei managed to pack it into the device.
It"s powered by Huawei"s in-house Kirin 659 chipset, along with 3GB RAM and 32GB of onboard storage, which can be expanded by 256GB. The firm is also promising all-day battery life with a 3,340mAh battery.
Of course, it has a dual-lens camera as well. The primary sensor is 16MP, and the secondary lens is 2MP, which is there to provide the depth effect. It also comes with phase detect autofocus (PDAF), so you"ll be able to take sharp pictures quickly.
You"ll be able to pre-order the Honor 7X in blue or black beginning today for $199, and pre-orders end on December 14.
