ID@Xbox celebrates milestone with over 500 titles on Windows 10 and the Xbox One

ID@Xbox (Independent Developers at Xbox) is a program that was started nearly four years ago with the sole purpose of empowering game developers by allowing them to self-publish digital titles on the Xbox platform. Today, Microsoft celebrates a pretty important milestone, with more than 500 games making their way to Windows 10 and the Xbox One.

In 2016, millions of people spent billions of hours playing ID@Xbox games. There are over 2000 studios that currently have developer kits, and even more exciting titles on the horizon. Perhaps, one of the most highly expected, is the beautifully animated adventure, Cuphead by Studio MDHR. Cuphead was first shown off at E3 a couple of years ago, and will finally arrive on Windows 10 and the Xbox One in mid-2017.
