IE runonce website offline

Bink is reporting that the Microsoft website you are redirected to after installing IE7 (or Windows Vista) that lets you set your preferences like default search engine and start page, is offline. Users are presented with the following unfriendly message:

An HTTP error occurred while getting:

https://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx

Details: "connect timed out".

Someone had better tell them, this is almost like the time Microsoft forgot to update their domain name!
