Intel to give away its Arc discrete GPUs to five lucky winners from around the world

Intel unveiled yesterday the official brand for its upcoming discrete graphics card lineup. Under the new brand dubbed "Arc", new hardware, as well as related software, will be launched in the form of Xe HPG-based discrete GPUs codenamed Alchemist (formerly DG2) next year in Q1. With the Arc moniker, Team Blue hopes to take on the familiar AMD"s Radeon and Nvidia"s GeForce GPU brandings.

To promote the new Arc branding and build hype around it, the company is conducting a giveaway where five lucky winners will each win an Intel Arc Graphics Prize Package.

The Arc Graphics Prize Package will consist of:

  • Game codes
  • Swag items
  • One Intel Arc graphics card

The next chapter in our story! In celebration of the launch of our new brand, we"d like to offer you the opportunity to win one of the very first Intel Arc discrete graphics

Intel has stated that the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the total prize package won"t exceed US$1,000. Out of this, it is probably fair to assume that the bulk of the ARV share is likely due to the graphics card"s price.

The giveaway is open to the residents of legal age from:

    • U.K. (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland)
    • U.S.A. (50 United States, the District of Columbia)
    • Canada (excluding residents of Quebec)
    • Australia (excluding ACT)
    • France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark
    • India, Taiwan, China (PRC), South Korea, Russia

Interested applicants will have to submit a question for Intel"s graphics head and guru Raja Koduri, via popular Twitch streamer DrLupo. The application has already been live since yesterday on the following website(s):
