The CyanogenMod team announced today on Google+ that the International HTC One X (Tegra 3) had finally joined the nightly build process after the US snapdragon version did a few weeks back.
Whilst the ROM is considered a "nightly" or "Alpha" status, almost everything works; camera, video recording, WiFi hotspot and so on. Even battery life is impressive, offering at least what users have been seeing on Sense ROM"s previously. Moving the HTC One X onto the nightly release schedule means that the device is officially supported by the CyanogenMod team, and should see a lot of improvements in rapid succession.
If you"re not sure on whether or not CyanogenMod is worth messing with your phone for, maybe you should check out why we think it"s worth it. Then, if you"re ready to make the jump, there"s a handy tool over on XDA Developers that will walk you through the process of unlocking and flashing the ROM onto your device. It"s not as scary as it looks, and the benefits are usually worth the risk. Happy flashing!
