Itsdagram, the first fully featured Instagram app on Windows Phone, has seen over 22,500 downloads, developer Daniel Gary tells Neowin. After an initial rush of 12,000 downloads on day one, Itsdagram has seen about 3,500 new users each day. Gary expects the free version, which is ad-supported, to go live tomorrow.
There is currently no official Instagram app on Windows Phone, despite repeated rumours that both Nokia and Microsoft have been working on a deal. Instagram is popular among celebrities who love sharing square photos of their life to their millions of followers which is one of the reasons that Nokia want it so badly on their Lumia devices.
Thanks to the #windowsphone community for making #Itsdagram the number one selling app.You guys are amazing.

Itsdagram is also the best-selling app in the Windows Phone Store over the past week. Users also appreciate the app, giving an average rating of 4.5/5 (from over 3,295 reviewers). Itsdagram is being continually updated by Gary, with new additions such as private/public profile support and the ability to approve, or deny, follow requests. Gary is also working on a variety of bug fixes, such as repeat notifications.
