L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files delayed, will now launch in December

Rockstar announced back in September that its detective action title, L.A. Noire, was receiving a VR version alongside the game"s new Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch re-release. Titled L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files, the game was to arrive for the HTC Vive on November 14 featuring seven cases from the original game that have been modified for VR.

However, according to Take-Two"s latest earnings report, interrogating suspects in VR will have to wait just a bit longer, as the game will be late to the re-release party. L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files will now be launching sometime in December, and it does not have an exact release date attached to it anymore.

All in all, December is becoming a big month for VR fans on the PC, as L.A. Noire"s new release window means that it will land around the same time as Bethesda"s new VR games, Doom VFR and Fallout 4 VR, arrive on the HTC Vive.

L.A. Noire"s Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch re-releases, on the other hand, will launch just as planned on November 14, which arrives with all previously released DLC, and 4K support for Xbox One X and PlayStation 4 Pro owners.
