Samsung seems to be planning to launch the Galaxy S7 and the S7 edge at an event on February 21, according to a leaked image posted on Twitter by prolific leaker Evan Blass.
Details about the Galaxy S7 and the S7 edge have been surfacing from various sources for more than six months, and now Samsung might be close to announcing these devices at its official event. Some of the alleged specifications that have been revealed so far are as follows:

- Exynos 8 Octa 8890 (4 + 4 cores at 2.3 GHz and 1.6 GHz respectively) / Qualcomm Snapdragon 820
- 4 GB RAM
- 32 GB/64 GB internal storage + microSD card slot
- 12-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera
- 3000 mAh battery
Galaxy S7 edge

Both the devices are said to feature IP67 water and dust resistance, a feature which was dropped by Samsung in last year"s flagship smartphones..
It will be interesting to see whether Samsung has any surprises planned for its official event since everything, including the images of the devices have been leaked so far.
