Samsung’s next major flagship, the Galaxy Note10 is less than a month away from launch. With every passing week, the rumors and leaks do not seem to stop. The South Korean giant is expected to launch at least four different models of the Note10 phablet spanning two screen sizes in both, LTE and 5G flavors each. Today, a fresh leak provides a look at the possible color options of the device.
The supposed media renders shared by Twitter user Ishan Agarwal show off two of the color options that the smaller of the two variants, the Note10, might be offered in, which include the usual black and silver variants. However, the silver variant might sport a color gradient on the back, akin to what is present on the Huawei P30 Pro. The black variant, however, is the standard single colored design with no obvious changes observed. Additionally, the silver variant might sport a blue colored S Pen, similar to what was offered with the Galaxy Note9. It wouldn’t be surprising to see these options being offered for the larger Note10+ as well.
Interestingly, the renders miss out on the power button on the right side of the device. The volume rockers and Bixby button seem to be housed on the left side as is the case with the previous flagships. The omission could very well be a mistake since these renders are anything but official. However, if true, it will be interesting to see if Samsung is dipping its toes to experiment with the reception of the absence of the button, gearing for the complete lack of physical buttons on its future smartphones.
Recent reports suggest that the Note10 is reportedly going to be offered in a top of the line 1TB storage variant in its 5G guise. The phone is expected to sport a cutout in the center of the screen to house the single front-facing camera, a departure from the dual-camera setup on the S10+. Up to four cameras might do duty on the larger of the two devices, which may include a ToF sensor (Time-of-Flight) for depth sensing capabilities.
As with all leaks and unconfirmed reports, it is best to take all the information with a sizeable grain of salt.
