Lenovo announced some new convertible Windows 10 devices at Mobile World Congress 2017 today in Barcelona, including the Miix 520, the Yoga 520, and 13- and 15-inch versions of the Yoga 720.
The Miix 320 sits on the lower end of the devices that the company announced today. With some details leaked a couple weeks ago, it has a detachable display, an Intel Atom-X5 processor, up to 4GB RAM, and up to 128GB storage.
It"s meant to be portable, weighing in at 1.02kg with a full keyboard. The tablet itself is just 9mm thick, but the dock - which contains two USB ports - adds an additional 8.5mm. The display is a 10.1-inch 1920x1200 LCD, and the audio is Dolby Advanced.
The Miix 320 will start at $199.99, and will ship in April, or July if you want the optional pen. It comes in Snow White and Platinum Silver (pictured above).
Lenovo says that the new Yoga devices are meant for when "mobile users want the full power and productivity of a PC in a thin and light machine." The 520 comes with up to a seventh-generation Intel Core i7, and you can get discrete graphics as well, with an optional Nvidia GeForce 940MX. There"s also an Active Pen and fingerprint reader, both of which are optional.
The display is a 14-inch "up to FHD" LCD, RAM options go up to 16GB, and storage choices are up to 512GB SSD or 1TB HDD. It also comes with Dolby Home Theatre with Harman Audio, so watching movies on it should be a pleasure.
Shipping in May, the Yoga 520 will start at $799.99, and will come in Onyx Black and Mineral Grey.
The 13.3-inch Yoga 720 also offers up to a dual-core Kaby Lake Core i7 with up to 16GB RAM, but storage options are up to a 1TB SSD. The display comes in either FHD or 4K UHD, with battery life of either eight or seven hours, respectively.
There"s no option for a dedicated GPU though, as it uses Intel"s HD Graphics 620. It also comes with Dolby Audio Premium and JBL speakers, so as with the Yoga 520, audio quality shouldn"t be a problem.
Finally, the 15.6-inch model of the Yoga 720 is largely the same as the 13.3-inch model, with up to a Core i7, up to 16GB RAM, Dolby Audio Premium, JBL speakers, and FHD and UHD options. There are some key differences though. Storage is up to 1TB HDD or 512GB SSD, rather than the 1TB SSD that"s offered above.
More importantly, you can get it with an Nvidia GTX 1050, so with a higher end model, you"ll get some real power behind the graphics.
Both models of the Yoga 720 will ship in April. The 13.3-inch model will start at $859.99, coming in Platinum Silver, Iron Gray, and Copper, and the 15.6-inch model will start at $1,099.99, and will come in Platinum Silver and Iron Gray.
