LG has yet to reveal its latest handset design with the G7 ThinQ, but we know that it is coming on May 2. Apparently, the firm is also working on another V-series handset which could make its debut as the V35 ThinQ.
According to Android Headlines, they have seen reliable documents that confirm that the existence of the V35 ThinQ. It will feature a 6-inch QHD+ Full Vision OLED display and come in two color choices: black and grey, and will have a “premium glossy finish". As for its cameras, it will have dual sensors, which should come as no surprise, but they will be a slightly upgraded. The two sensors will be 16MP each, which is different from the 16MP and 13MP combination that can be found on the current V30 series. As far as functionality of the cameras, nothing really changes.
As you might expect with the ThinQ moniker, AI will be a part of the V35 ThinQ experience. LG does not have its own assistant, but AI is used in more practical ways, like bringing improvements to the camera. An example of this is giving the camera app the ability to identify subjects and making settings adjustments accordingly. The AI is also used in what LG dubs as Bright Mode, a setting that will enable users to take better pictures in low light. Again, these features aren"t new and have shown up in the previously announced V30S ThinQ.
While there are plenty of details, judging from the notes that AndroidHeadlines has obtained, this upcoming and unannounced handset looks to carry a majority of the features from the V30S ThinQ and G7 ThinQ. The important detail like its looks and when it will be released, are not available at this time, but it should arrive sometime in 2018.
