LG has yet to even officially unveil its next handset, the G6, and we are already seeing rumors online in regards to its other flagship handset, the successor to the V20.
The news comes to us from a Weibo post that states the "V30" will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB RAM, and an improved DAC that bests the one in the V20. If the specifications are correct, that would mean that this handset would be a giant step up compared to its sibling, the G6. The G6 is rumored to offer a Snapdragon 821 processor due to supply constraints created by rival Samsung.
Perhaps the most interesting part of the rumor is that the V30 will come with dual cameras on both the front and back of the device. Lastly, the post also points out that the upcoming handset will include "mysterious" features - but what this could mean is anyone"s guess. LG will hold its G6 event at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on February 26.
Neowin will be covering Mobile World Congress and will be offering hands-on and first impressions of devices from the show floor. Stay tuned!
