Bluetooth keyboards and mice are becoming ever more popular these days - no surprise given the seeming ubiquity of tablets and large smartphones. Logitech is among the world"s top vendors of such peripherals, and it"s now introduced two new ones for those who need to get productive on the go.
The thin and stylish K380 keyboard is available in black or blue, and like many similar accessories, it"s not only compatible with Windows, Mac, Android, Chrome OS and more, but it can also be paired with multiple devices, with the ability to switch between them easily via the F1 to F3 buttons.
Logitech says that the layout of the keyboard will adjust as you switch between devices:
K380 Multi-Device recognizes each device and automatically maps keys to give you a familiar layout with your favorite shortcuts.
By detecting your specific device—for example, an Apple® or Windows computer—this universal keyboard will send the correct key codes.
And best of all, the K380 keyboard promises up to two years of battery life from two AAA batteries. Available in dark grey or blue, the K380 will be priced at $39.99 USD / £34.99 GBP.
Logitech is also rolling out the M535 mouse, which is similarly versatile in being able to connect to various Bluetooth devices, and its optical sensor is also capable of working on a wide range of surfaces, "from metal café tables to tile countertops to your favorite wooden study desk".
The M535 features a "programmable navigation button" just below the scroll wheel, which the company says will let you "switch between applications, change between desktops, do frequent actions, such as drag-and-drop files and images, replicate the three-finger swipe gesture that brings up mission control on a Mac, or bring up Task View on Windows 10."
Like the K380 keyboard, the M535 is available to buy now, also priced at $39.99 / £34.99.
