Lumia 920 likely headed to Europe in November

Not long ago Nokia pulled back the covers on its latest devices, the Lumia 920 and 820. While the press conference was almost perfect, the company did omit two major items: price and shipping date.

Step in Reuters who claims that European telecoms are saying that they will be selling the Lumia 920 starting in November. At this point, there was no indication on when the 820 would go on sale or price points for either devices. For reference, Reuters has a solid track record on Tracour, so take this rumor as likely to be accurate.

For Nokia, the Lumia 920 and 820 are critical products for the company. Seeing as the company is struggling to make ends meet as the company transitions from Symbian to Windows Phone, if the Lumia 920 and 820 do not gather serious momentum in the marketplace, Nokia could be in trouble.

But, the Lumia 920 and 820 did receive mostly positive press when the product launched and even Nokia"s previous product, the Lumia 900 was well received. Nokia is known for building high quality products and so far, the 920 and 820 appear to be living up to those standards.

Hopefully Nokia will come clean soon and say when, and for how much, the new devices will cost. But for now, this looks the be best information we have on when the devices will launch.
