When Microsoft first launched its Outlook.com email service in July 2012 as a replacement for Hotmail, the company put in a "preview" label on it while it got rid of bugs and added new features; Microsoft removed the preview tag on Outlook.com on February 19th, 2013.
Today, a day ahead of the official one year anniversary date, Microsoft is celebrating the removal of the preview label with a new video featuring members of the Outlook.com team. They talk about how they have collected feedback from users in the past 364 days to add new features such as IMAP support and color customization for the top of the Outlook.com page; Microsoft also added Skype integration with Outlook.com in 2013.
We still have plenty of celebratory swag to give away. Tweet your favorite feature with #OutlookTurnsOne for a chance to win!
