Microsoft cuts 10% off its most affordable Surface Book model with dGPU in the UK

Last week, Microsoft slashed 15% off its entry-level Surface Book in the UK. With an Intel Core i5 (Skylake) processor, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, its price was reduced by £195, from £1,299 to £1,104. That deal is still available, but the company is now offering a discount on another model in the range too.

The Microsoft Store has cut 10% off the most affordable Surface Book model available in the UK with a discrete GPU. In addition to the dGPU, it comes with a Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM and 256GB SSD. Usually priced at £1,599, it"s now on sale for £1,439, a discount of £160, until October 16.

In the US, Microsoft offers an even more affordable Surface Book with a dGPU, but that model isn"t sold in the UK.

On October 26, Microsoft is expected to unveil its new all-in-one Surface desktop PC, and some rumors have suggested that it could also launch "refreshed" versions of its Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 there. A new Surface Mouse, Surface Keyboard and Surface Ergonomic Keyboard are also likely to make their debut at that event.
