As April drew to a close last week, Microsoft released information on a Partnership Series update for its upcoming Flight Simulator title. Along with that, more details regarding upcoming deliverables such as a new version of the Development Roadmap and the next SDK update were unveiled.

Although there is no indication regarding the latter in today"s weekly news release for Microsoft Flight Simulator, an updated Development Roadmap has indeed been made available in the Insider Area. The latest iteration stands at version 5.01 and provides fans of the game a preview of what is to be expected in June and July. Given the previously haphazard schedule in terms of roadmap releases, it cannot be said for certain when this update will be made generally available.

Moving on, the Feedback Snapshot v4.01 has finally made its way to the general public today, as was predicted by us a couple of weeks back. In comparison to the previous release, the list of top questions largely remains the same, with the "min spec" question being the only notable exclusion. This is because detailed system requirements for the title were shared in April. Since there have been numerous Alpha releases since the last Feedback Snapshot, it also makes sense that all the noted top issues are different this time around. And finally, the wishlist remains exactly the same as before.

The release date for Alpha build 1.3.X.X has also been confirmed, with the latest version slated to arrive next week. Following that, Alpha invitations to further participants will start to be sent out as well, now that it has been ensured that all current participants have received their acceptance emails.

Moving on to upcoming news, episode 8 of the Feature Discovery Series will be released on May 28, barring any further delays. The Partnership Series update, meanwhile, that was initially hinted toward last week, will be arriving in early June.
