This year, Microsoft"s Build 2020 conference was held digitally thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. Other than not being able to meet in-person, attendees missed out on some other perks. You won"t get your free t-shirt, but Microsoft has some digital swag. And of course, there"s no discounted Microsoft Store to visit.
Because of that, Microsoft is sending out some deals to Build attendees where you can get up to 80% off of select products. You"ll have a limit of spending up to $250, but there are some pretty sweet deals on software and services.
If you"re looking for a new Windows 10 license, you can get Home for $24 and Pro for $40, while they normally cost $99 and $199, respectively. Over in the Office department, you can get a year of Microsoft 365 Personal for $14 or Microsoft 365 Home for $20; they normally cost $69 and $99, respectively. If you"re just looking for a perpetual license, you can get those too. Office Home & Student 2019 is $30 and Office Professional 2019 is $88.
Finally, there are a whole bunch of Xbox deals. You can get a year of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for $90, or a year of Xbox Live Gold for $30. There are also a ton of individual games that you can purchase at substantially discounted prices.
If you were a registered Build attendee and you"re interested in checking this out, check your email. The invitation should be waiting.
