Microsoft launches PC Game Pass in five new countries in Southeast Asia

Microsoft is continually expanding its gaming services to more countries and regions. On the official Xbox Wire website, the company announced that it is bringing PC Game Pass (formerly Xbox Game Pass for PC) to five new countries in Southeast Asia after a month of public testing.

PC Game Pass is now available in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. New users can sign up and get three months of service for only $1 (USD). Microsoft promises to offer PC Game Pass to gamers in Southeast Asia "for one low monthly price."

Our goal is to bring PC Game Pass to more countries where Windows is available to help us reach over 3 billion gamers worldwide. We are off to a strong start in Southeast Asia where we saw great demand for PC Game Pass during the preview period. We are listening to the players and are always looking to improve the experience. This includes growing the selection of games across genres and providing better language support.

PC Game Pass offers a library of more than 100 games from different developers and studios, including highly acclaimed titles, such as Microsoft Flight Simulator, DOOM, Minecraft, Forza Horizon, Age of Empires IV, etc. Also, all first-party games from Microsoft and its studios become available in Game Pass on day one.
