Following availability in the US, India and other Asian countries, the Lumia 435 is now on sale in the UK.
Earlier this month, Amazon started taking pre-orders for the Microsoft Lumia 435, and now the device is widely available in the UK from online retailers as well as carriers.
The cheapest of the current Lumia lineup, the 435 costs £66.92 from Amazon, while Unlocked Mobile has listed the price as £74.98. Other online retailers expected to stock the smartphone include Expansys and Clove. Talkmobile, Vodafone and O2 are selling the device through Carphone Warehouse on a pay per month basis which would cost a minimum of £7.50/month depending on the carrier.
Last week the Lumia 435 went on sale in the US starting at $94.99 which translates roughly to a lower price than that in the UK. However, Microsoft is expected to launch a few more inexpensive smartphones at the Mobile World Congress and the prices of the existing devices could further go down.
