Microsoft Photos updated to finally support printing

For some, it has been an ongoing joke. The OS that is renowned for having the best cameras and having Office preinstalled had no way of natively printing photos or documents. Of course, the issue with documents was solved when Microsoft released the separate Office apps for Windows 10 Mobile.

Today, that all changes. Users will finally be able print directly from the Photos app from their Windows 10 Mobile devices. You"ll also be able to toggle a Living Image to show as a still image and vice versa.

After Before

Users can wirelessly print to any printer that"s on Microsoft"s list of supported printers. Since it uses the native printing functionality in Windows 10 Mobile, the user can adjust orientation, size, photo size, and fit.

You can update your Photos app in the Windows Store right here.
