Microsoft Surface Duo renders leak; coming to AT&T

According to the latest rumors, Microsoft is set to start shipping the Surface Duo within just a few weeks, and as we"re getting close, the first real leaks are coming in. This one comes via leakster Evan Blass, and it includes promotional renders of the dual-screen smartphone.

The renders themselves don"t tell us anything that we don"t know. It"s just cool to see these things being finalized, because it means that the launch is close. But when it comes to the device itself. Microsoft employees have been showing it off on Twitter for months.

What"s more interesting is that Blass describes this as the "Microsoft Surface Duo for AT&T". And one thing that no one has known is if Microsoft has any carrier deals in place for its return to the smartphone space. It would seem that the Redmond firm does indeed have carrier deals, and fans can hope that they go beyond AT&T.

We"ll find out for sure next week when the Surface Duo is announced. You can expect to hear more on Wednesday.
