Microsoft to share more information about Windows 10 UI on phones later today

Microsoft focused on the desktop and tablet UI of Windows 10 during its first keynote at BUILD but has promised to reveal more about the phone UI in a blog post later today.

The BUILD 2015 conference that started today saw plenty of new stuff coming from Microsoft and the progress of features that were already revealed at earlier events by the company. Even though the company talked a lot about the app development tools and features that were coming for Windows 10, it did not reveal the current state of the UI that users have been waiting to see.

Now, just as the first keynote concluded, Microsoft"s VP for Windows, Joe Belfiore has tweeted that they will indeed shed some light on the UI that is coming together for the phones in a blog post later today.

One thing I WANTED to cover in the keynote, but didn"t have time: Updates on how phone UI will evolve. Watch for a blog post later today!

As with all Microsoft posts, we are expecting a walkthrough video of the UI but won"t hold our breaths for any announcement of another public build yet.
