Lenovo first announced the Moto X4 back in August, heralding the return of the Moto X line. The mid-range device includes a Snapdragon 630 chipset, along with a 5.2-inch 1080p IPS LCD.
The handset includes a dual-camera configuration, with one 12MP and one 8MP sensor. This allows it to do things that we first saw from the company in the Moto Z2 Force, such as Selective Focus and Selective Black and White. There"s a Depth Editor, which allows you to adjust the depth effect on Selective Focus, and edit the black and white effects.
It also comes pre-loaded with Amazon"s Alexa voice assistant. Combined with Google Assistant and Moto Voice, there"s quite a bit going on there. While it might seem complicated, it does offer a choice between Google and Amazon out of the box.
The price for the device is set at $399, which seems right for an upper mid-range device like this. It seems very focused on camera features, which is something that"s right up my alley.
