The Moto Z3 Play has been seen through various leaks over the past few months and, as you might now expect, the handset looks quite similar in shape to other Z-series handsets of the past. Last month, we were able to see the device in an "official" render but now we get to see alleged images of the smartphone in the flesh.
From what we can see, the new images show a smartphone that looks identical to that of the render. The Moto Z3 Play will have a raised portion on its rear that incorporates the dual camera sensors and also features the pogo pins that allows for accommodation of present and future Moto Mods.
If prior information is accurate, the handset will arrive with a 6-inch 18:9 1080p display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, 4GB RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. What you might notice missing from the entire look is the absence of a fingerprint reader. There have been rumors that Motorola will include one on the side of the device, embedded into the bezel. Again, this hasn"t been confirmed but it would seem likely since the power button has been relocated when compared to prior Moto handsets.
At the moment, there is no word on when this model will be released. But as we patiently wait, Motorola is having no shortage of phones coming from its stable.
