Today, MSI announced its first virtual product launch, which will be held on September 3 at 8am Pacific. The company says that it"s going to be targeting a new market with the computers that it announces at the event.
Notably, this event happens just a day after Intel is holding a virtual product launch, so the two might be related. At that event, the firm is expected to unveil its 11th-generation "Tiger Lake" processors. The new mobile CPUs are built on a 10nm process and use Intel"s new Xe graphics architecture. Presumably, the company is only announcing U-series and Y-series, like it did with Ice Lake.
MSI isn"t dropping any hints as to what we"re going to hear about on September 3, other than that it"s targeting a new market. Presumably, the new PCs will use Tiger Lake processors though. The good news is that the event is open to the public, so anyone can attend. If you want to RSVP, you can do so here.
