Microsoft is proving time and time again that it wants to reach out and find its customers regardless of what platform they’re on. As part of this effort the company has launched its suite of MSN apps for iOS and Android.

Recently rebranded under the MSN name the apps, formerly called Bing, want to be a one-stop-shop for your news and lifestyle needs. MSN News, Health& Fitness, Food & Drink and Money are all available for download on iOS, Android, and even Amazon’s version of Android. On top of that MSN Weather is also available for Android though an iOS version is still in works.

The apps themselves will be quite familiar to any Windows Phone user, or indeed anyone accustomed to the new MSN homepage. They offer news and content from major publications such The New York Times, Bloomberg, The Guardian and so on. They also offer seamless sync of your settings and favorites across devices as long as you sign in with a Microsoft account.

The suite of MSN apps is available for free from the App Store or the Play Store.
