Not really sure what has been updated but the date on the Nero download page has 20th March 2002, while the actual file on the FTP site has 21st March 2002, 06:46.
They do have the following note in the InCD section of Nero"s download page...
- Windows 2000 SP2 and
NEW.... WINDOWS XP!!!
