New details on secret Sega game?

Sega begins research for new game in the Midwest.

According to a report from The Southern Illinoisan, a Sega development team is currently visiting the small town of Carbondale, Illinois, to gather research materials for a new game set in a small town in the Midwest. The team has been visiting various locations around the city, including the campus of Southern Illinois University, high schools, malls, and police stations, among others. The data the team collects, which will come in the form of video and photographs, will be used to construct the environments in the game. Unfortunately, no real substantial details about the game have been revealed, other then a November 2004 release date.
