Tweak Msgr is an application that allows you to change hidden settings for MSN/Windows Messenger.
Settings commonly used by network/systems administrators in schools, or business"s using or want to use Instant Messaging as a communication tool. These settings do not exist with MSN Messenger 5. If MSN Messenger has been disabled at your school or work then this will most probably enable it!
