Shortly before Microsoft"s reveal at IFA Berlin at 10AM CET, new information has come to light that the next version of Windows Phone 8.1 (GDR1) will be called "Lumia Denim" and not Lumia Debian Red as it is currently referred to.
This follows Lumia Cyan, Black and Amber before it, and the update is expected to be announced at the conference with the Lumia 730 and 735 launching with it already installed.
According to WPDang, the update will also be made available for the Nokia Lumia 930/1520/Lumia Icon and also the Lumia 830 very soon after, but older devices will have to wait until Q4 2014 to get it.
Lumia Denim will bring "Folders" to GDR1, a feature many of us are already using, but there is no word on what other cool features will make it into the update.
Stay tuned to Neowin for all the latest from Berlin.
