Nintendo debuts Super NES themed New 3DS XL on Amazon

It looks like Nintendo isn"t quite content with just releasing a retro version of its Super Nintendo console. If you took some time to head to the Amazon webpage today, there is the chance that you might have been greeted by a banner on top of the website that indicated that the company would be offering an exclusive New Nintendo 3DS XL with a Super Nintendo theme.

As you can see from the images in this post, the console is the newer 3DS XL variant that features the C-Stick. The console is crafted to look like the Super NES and looks absolutely fantastic when fully unfolded. The firm has done an excellent job with the colors, creating the perfect combination that mimics the original console that is meant to invoke nostalgia.

This product is currently available for pre-order through Amazon for $199.99 and will become available on November 27. The Super Mario Kart game that is advertised in the bundle will come as a free digital download that will be redeemable via a code included inside the box. Otherwise, if you fancy a New Nintendo 3DS XL in PAL Super Nintendo livery, then stockists such as EB Games in Australia are currently carrying such units, minus the free download of Super Mario Kart.

If curious or looking to pre-order the bundle, you can head to the source link down below.
