Back in January at this year"s CES, Nvidia introduced its RTX 30 series mobile GPU lineup consisting of the RTX 3080, RTX 3070, and RTX 3060 laptop graphics chips. Later, the company also launched smaller mobile Ampere-based parts with the RTX 3050 Ti and the RTX 3050.
However, a new report suggests that Nvidia"s RTX 30 series mobile GPU lineup is still unfinished and the company is allegedly developing new chips under the "SUPER" moniker that it had used with its last-gen 2000 series products.
According to the report, Nvidia reportedly has two chips in the works dubbed the "GA103S" and the "GA107S", both of them are targeted for launch early next year. The GA103S will purportedly pack 60 Streaming Multiprocessors (SMs) across a 320-bit memory bus while there is no information on the smaller GA107S chip.

It is rumored that Nvidia is making these new parts to accompany the upcoming 12th-gen Intel mobile CPUs called Alder Lake-P that are rumored to be released sometime later this year.
