Official PowerVR Series3 (KYRO/KYRO II) XP Drivers

PowerVR have posted new official drivers for it"s KYRO/KYRO II graphics cards and it"s version 9.0031 (Release 1.3.1)! These drivers are DirectX 8.1 compliant and feature WinXP support.

Fixes inclue:

WorldCraft 3.3 (Half Life Editor) is now working fine

Minor bug fix for the HalfLife TV mode

Red Faction fixed

Return to Castle Wolfenstein speed-up
