OnePlus teases Crackables, an event created in partnership with Google

OnePlus has started teasing a new campaign that will be fully unveiled starting next week. While there isn"t much information, it looks like the event was created in partnership with Google.

The footage, along with the description found in the YouTube trailer, gives us a clue as to what might be coming.

Think you have what it takes to crack the code? Join Crackables, and unseal the prison. Welcome, Wanderer. Begins on September 18.

Starting on September 18, it looks like those curious will be able to head to the website located in the source to participate in the event. At this point, it doesn"t state whether there are prizes involved, but that could be a possibility.

After Crackables, OnePlus will be holding another event next month, where it will debut its next smartphone, the OnePlus 6T. The firm has not said much on the subject but it has confirmed that it will arrive with an in-display fingerprint reader. While unconfirmed, there have been leaks in the past that indicate that it could borrow some of its design cues from a current Oppo device and could make its way to a wireless carrier in the United States.
