OnePlus unveils black OnePlus 3T made with fashion brand colette

For the past several days, smartphone maker OnePlus has been enigmatically teasing a major announcement. Now, the wait is over, and the company today unveiled the all-black OnePlus 3T colette edition.

The colette edition is the product of a collaboration between OnePlus and iconic French concept store colette. Internally, the device is identical to the OnePlus 3T which we reviewed back in December last year. The outside, however, is clad in all black, with the colette brand stamp on the rear side. OnePlus calls it "the sleekest and most stunning OnePlus device to date."

The catch, however, is that this device is quite a limited edition. The colette edition will be unavailable for purchase online. It"s made to celebrate colette"s 20th anniversary, and only 250 units will be produced.

In addition, unless you live in Paris, getting your hands on one could be even trickier. The colette edition will be sold exclusively at the colette store as a 128GB version for €479, or about $512. Those able to make it will have to hurry as well, as the sale begins as soon as colette opens its doors on March 21 at 11 AM. Those who arrive in time will also receive a pair of OnePlus Bullets earphones to go with their prized rare phone.
