Alongside the brand-new OnePlus 9 series, the company is announcing the OnePlus Watch. The firm is promising the same design language and build quality that you"ll find in its smartphones, just in a smartwatch that lives on your wrist. It has a 46mm case and 2.5D curved glass on the front.
Aside from the design, OnePlus is touting battery life, connectivity, and proactive fitness. For battery life, the OnePlus Watch is promised to get two weeks, and if for some reason you"re running low, you can get a day of power with five minutes of charge. The 402mAh battery is also good for one week after 20 minutes of charging.
In the connectivity department, OnePlus TV users will be pleased to hear that the Watch can be used as a remote control. Also, with 4GB of storage, 2GB of which can be used, it can hold 500 songs, so it also has Bluetooth earbuds support for local music playback.
It has 5ATM and IP68 water resistance, and support for over 110 workout types. Also, it includes workout detection, so if you forget to start a workout on the device, it can still do it for you.
The OnePlus Watch is going to be available on April 14 for $159 ($219 CAD).
