At the Up North Web conference last month Opera announced various new creations ready to be integrated into its products. They brought exciting new changes to both its mobile and desktop browser. The desktop browser received a feature that people had been asking for years and finally they brought it, extension support. Their mobile browser also had something that everyone was asking for, Opera mobile on Android.
Opera today announced the release of the Android compatible browser. The new version includes all the old favourites like Opera Turbo and Opera Link but they also brought a new feature to the table, pinch-to-zoom. The new feature helps to view your favourite web pages by choosing where to zoom on the page, like that difficult text you can never read without losing speed or data compression while using Opera Turbo. Opera has been preparing for this release for numerous weeks now and has been posting updates on their community site MyOpera.
